Mobile Color Inkjet Printer DJ201-EMB

This metal, ruggedized, embedded, mobile and WiFi printer is based on a standard HP inkjet printer. The modifications consist in adding specific functionalities for embedded and mobile environment.
A metal housing protects the printer from hazardous manipulations. It is mounted on a cradle that includes an anti-vibration plate to protect against shocks and receptacles for paper and ink cartridge storage. The cradle is attached to the vehicle and the printer itself is hooked and secured to the cradle via a lockable hinge. The handle on the printer makes it easy to manipulate for printing on the go.

The integrated automatic sheet feeder (35 pages) keeps the paper on place ready for use even during the vehicle movements.

Print anywhere from your notebook with wireless WiFi interfaces. Print photos directly from your digital camera and Compact Flash, Secure Digital and Multimedia Card memory cards.

Ruggedized embedded printer for vertical mounting

The vertical version enables to operate the rear wall of the cabin that is usually not used and easy to access. So the driver has more space in the cabin. The height of the printer depends upon the cabin configuration. It enables a greater storage place for an exclusive use of fanfold paper. As the other embedded printers, the DS101 EMB/V is equipped with shock absorbers to be isolated from shocks and bumps.

 A4 size printing station

The printing station is equipped with a ruggedized dot matrix printer for single sheet and fanfold paper and with a paper holding box.
This station is generally installed between the 2 front seats of the truck cabin.
The print technology enables to print multi-copies paper even in a low temperature environment.
The printer is mounted on anti-vibrations holders to be protected against shocks and bumps from the vehicle.

 A5 size printing solution

IT platform for centralization of all the communication and printing devices.
It is made for holding a handheld terminal and an A5 size flatbed dot matrix printer together with a paper storage compartment.
An integrated power converter protects the devices from electrical disturbances.

 A4 size printing solution

This printing platform is equipped with an A4 size ruggedized dot matrix printer,
with a paper holding box for both A4 size and fanfold paper and with a handheld terminal mounted on an articulated arm.
This solution is either installed between the 2 front seats of the truck cabin or at the feet place of the passenger’s seat.
The print technology enables to print multi-copies paper even in a low temperature environment.
The printer is mounted on anti-vibrations holders to be protected against shocks and bumps from the vehicle.

 A6 Size Printing Solution

Interconnection platform for a Gaz delivery truck
This platform holds a ruggedized ATEX handheld terminal, a flatbed dot matrix printer and a GPS antenna.
Input / Output connections : GPS Antenna, pump meter, tachograph, handheld terminal, GSM/GPRS phone. This platform includes a DC regulator to protect the electrical outlets for each device.
